I had a problem with my car exhaust and it could not pass STA test. Sent to a mechanic who could not solve the problem and was introduced to go FONG KIM. These guys are professional, friendly and transparent in their pricing. Problem solved and they have a happy customer. Highly recommend.

Had BC V1 coilovers installed on my Kia Cerato Forte 2010. Installation was performed by two friendly, bubbly, yet professional mechanics, Ah Boon and Ah Hui. Communication with Raymond and Dylan, the boss and ops manager, respectively, was rapid (and they took the effort to respond to all my queries, some not even related to the coilovers within a day). Had the coils running for over a month with no issues. Genuine product, expert installation. Their reputation speaks for itself. All charges are quoted prior to any work done, all charges and warranties documented and provided to me in the form of a receipt. Think coilover, think Fong Kim. Replaced my current coilover to BC Racing V1 and was very satisfied with the services rendered by the mechanics at Fong Kim. They even managed to diagnosed the cause of the noise coming from my car front left wheel and recommended to replace the bearings which was done within an hour. After the new coilover was installed and bearing replaced the noise from my front wheel are gone and the ride becomes more comfortable with excellent handling. Kudos to the team for their expert advise and attention and not to mentioned friendliness. Will be coming again in a month's time to do wheel alignment. Will definitely recommend to others to come to this place.

I go to FK to do my exhuast everything go smooth, after that i was introduced to install obd performance chip, after install that chip it did not work, my car go haywire non stop reving and also power steering not working, after a few hours of checking they say my engine cable faulty and connect back for me. But the things is my bonnet did not open once in the garage. Before that everything is working fine. But everything is done. And they manage to fix it for me. They did not aware while jacking up my car they actually force to jack up and they damaged my original both sides skirt also my new paint work, actually I did told the guy is it able to fix back he told that he can drill a hole and screw it which I refuse, it's ok I told them I will bring my car to audi service center to do a repair on that. Next after fixing my exhaust valve he introduced me a performance chip which he told me will improve my car and he also told me that this chip will be suitable but I know some it's not suitable but I did double check again with him he confidently told me no problem it will be fine, end up its not suitable I immediately drive back once I feel something it's not right I drove back and remove and my car is back to normal. I'm so disappointed that, if they're just trying to earn people money but did not understand and aware of people car and did not handle with care. I go to fong kim because the review it's very good but end up I did not expect this will happen I'm really so disappointed. - Jason Eng

Made an appointment with Lucas to have the freepower throttle controller installed on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The product itself is in great quality and exceeded my expectations.
